Our products

What is polyurethane?

Polyurethane films are solid, porous microcell foams, which are characterized by a very good stability, at high temperatures ( thus at high speeds)

There offer  in contrast to conventional methods, such as pitch polishing. Reductions of the polishing time by approx. 50 % achieved. The lifetime is more than 10 times a pitch. For fixing too the base we recommend Pattex (contact adhesive) or self-adhesive polishing foil.

From time to time it is advised to roughen the surface with a brass brush to achieve a stable process with consistent removal rates.
